I’ve spent nearly a decade across the full retail chain - from product and planning through to e-commerce, wholesale, stores and marketplaces. Having worked in house within brands, inside agencies and now building AURA solo, I understand the founder mindset, the pressures that come with growth and what a real, practical collective partnership actually looks like day to day.

Me. No sales team, no account managers, no disappearing after onboarding. You work directly with a senior-level support person who is doing the work, making the decisions and is accountable for the results.

Fees are structured depending on the type of support.

Anything longer term is a monthly retainer + performance based elements, usually tied to a set contract length, so we can actually build momentum and see results. The focus is always on keeping things fair, transparent and aligned with the level of support needed.

For more bespoke or project-based work, it’s a one off cost, all in.

Short answer - it depends on what we’re working on.

For operational support and full Amazon account management, I ask for a 6 month minimum. It gives us the time to actually make an impact.

For anything more bespoke and project based, it varies - we’ll agree what makes sense upfront.

Short answer - I don’t offer commission only or discounts. I completely understand the need, especially in the current retail climate, but it’s not a sustainable way for me to do the work properly or give your brand the level of support it deserves.

I keep my pricing as fair and accessible by staying lean. If budget is a concern, I’m always open to a conversation and finding something that works - just with a shared understanding of the value and the experience behind the work.
